PERC was established to address the needs of ex-offenders transitioning from incarceration back into society. We understand the difficulties and we can help. Housing

PERC has two houses in collaboration with One Unique Transition totaling 21 beds (soon to be near 30) and the Continental Housing Program, which can have up to 120 beds.

Paid Training

In our Second Chance Tiny Homes Program you will receive Carpentry and OSHA Certification at Pinellas Technical College. You will get paid part-time for hands on training in the construction trades.

STARS Program

Learn the top skills employers seek such as teamwork, leadership, goal setting, computer and other skills.

Career Pathways

Career Pathways from PERC provides employment services for those with background challenges who are making changes in their lives and seeking employment.

Services & Classes

Assessments, classes, and case management services for ex-offenders can be very helpful for those that need a helping hand once outside prison.

PERC and the City of St. Petersburg has worked together with community leaders over the past year to forge a first-of-a-kind link between the South St Petersburg Community Redevelopment Area with a focus on continued strides in commercial, business & economic development that has culminated with the Workforce Development Council & Collaborative for South St. Petersburg and the St Pete Works CRA programs.
