PERC was established to address the needs of ex-offenders transitioning from incarceration back into society. We understand the difficulties and we can help. PERC has two houses in collaboration with One Unique Transition totaling 21 beds (soon to be near 30) and the Continental Housing Program, which can have up to 120 beds.
In our Second Chance Tiny Homes Program you will receive Carpentry and OSHA Certification at Pinellas Technical College. You will get paid part-time for hands on training in the construction trades.

PERC and the City of St. Petersburg has worked together with community leaders over the past year to forge a first-of-a-kind link between the South St Petersburg Community Redevelopment Area with a focus on continued strides in commercial, business & economic development that has culminated with the Workforce Development Council & Collaborative for South St. Petersburg and the St Pete Works CRA programs.
