Description of Services Offered: Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando & Citrus Counties Services include offering mass, reconciliation (confession) bible study, prayer groups, one on one spiritual counseling to those incarcerated. Bibles and religious materials distributed at no cost to inmates or facilities.
